Aus Day Race Simulation Training Session
The Club is holding it's 2nd Annual Race Day Training Simulation Session on Saturday 26th January from the Bayside Clubrooms (Sandringham) to assist athlete’s prepare for upcoming key races. There are Short Course and Long Course Sessions available.
- Short Course training options are Swim 300-1500m, Ride 10-60km, Run up to 12km. - Long Course training options are Swim up to 3km, Ride up to 150km, Run up to 12km.
The session cost is $20 for Short Course and $30 Long Course and includes a Ride aid Station (Long Course Only), Run aid Station, PowerBar Sports Nutrition, Recovery Food & Shower Facilities. For more details and to register contact Clint on 0413 300 787 or email

Lanzarote is part of the Canary Islands, Spain, and is one of Europe's most popular tourist destinations with beautiful because and great weather all year round. Mountain Bike Riding
Lysterfield National Park - 20 May 2012 for 8:30am Start
So the the tri season is over and you're looking of something different to do and to keep up the training. Why not consider some cross training and mountain biking. An intro to mountain biking session will held at Lysterfield Park on 20th May. Trails Map
Enter through Horswood Road, left at the round about, first car park right and will we meet at the car park before the bike/coffee shop (TrailMix), cycle 1-3 hours and have coffee at the coffee/bike shop afterwards. Bikes can also be hired from TrailMix

The 2011/12 season has now come to a close. Stay tuned to the website later in the year for upcoming Club Aquathon. Typical race format will be 500m swim and 5km run. $5 for club members and $10 for non-members and includes pizza and can of drink

Ironman Melbourne Volunteering
Bayside Tri Club Aid Station 25th March
Bayside Tri Club has been given a rare opportunity to take ownership and management of one of the aid stations on the actual run course. All volunteers will receive awesome event t-shirts, hats and lunch to commemorate the occasion.
Thank-you to everybody for the overwhelming response and with your valued support we have reached our capacity for both shifts.
WTC (event organisers) require that all volunteers register so if you're yet to do so simply go to the Ironman Melbourne website volunteers page. Be sure to select that your volunteering for a triathlon club and ofcourse with Bayside.
